Lean pipe (also known as wire rod) dedicated caster brackets are core connection components for LCIA (Low-Cost Intelligent Automation) lean production and warehousing logistics turnover carts/workstations. They are designed to securely fasten casters to lean pipe frames with an outer diameter of 28mm.

Structure & Composition

• Upper & Lower Brackets: Used in pairs, they clamp the lean pipe via bolts to achieve a welding-free installation.

• Locking Bolts: Standard equipped with M6/M8 stainless steel or galvanized bolts for anti-loose fastening.

• Hole Design:

  • Three Round Hole Type (Universal Version): Fixed hole spacing, compatible with standard caster mounting holes.

  • Oval Hole Type (Adjustable Version): Accommodates casters with different hole pitches, offering higher installation tolerance.
