As one of the most essential fasteners for industrial aluminum profile frame construction, T-bolts, also known as boat-shaped bolts and hammer head bolts, are specially designed for in-groove connection of European and national standard aluminum profiles. They are key parts to rapidly fix profiles with angle brackets, plates and various accessories.

Core Structure
Consists of T-shaped head matching profile grooves and full-thread screw rod. The head can slide directly into profile grooves and lock tightly after rotating 90 degrees. No thread tapping or welding is required.
Compatibility
Fit for European standard 20/30/40/45 series aluminum profiles with 6mm, 8mm and 10mm groove widths, also compatible with most GB standard profiles.
Material Selection
8.8 Grade Carbon Steel: Zinc-plated or nickel-plated finish with good rust resistance and wear resistance, cost-effective for ordinary workshop use.
304 Stainless Steel: Superior corrosion resistance, suitable for humid, clean and food-grade working environments.
Surface Treatment
Blue-white zinc plating, color zinc plating or original polished stainless steel finish.
