1. Material & Specification Adopts mainstream 28 mm diameter lean aluminum pipe (industrial aluminum profile optional). The surface is anodized for corrosion resistance and rust-proof performance. Its weight is over 30% lighter than traditional steel racks.

Connection Method Assembled with special connectors and bolts without welding. It can be quickly disassembled and assembled, with flexible adjustment of layer height and structure to fit various material sizes.

Load-bearing Performance Light-duty model: single-layer static load 100–200 kg; Medium-duty model: 200–500 kg; Custom heavy-duty models are available for higher load requirements.

2. Anti‑static Shelf Board：Structure Composition Base board uses MDF / particle board, covered with 2–5 mm thick anti‑static rubber sheet. The edges are fully edge‑banded to prevent scratch damage.

Anti‑static Performance Surface resistance stably controlled within 10⁶–10⁹ Ω, effectively releasing static electricity and protecting sensitive items such as electronic components and PCB boards from ESD damage.

Additional Features The rubber surface is anti-slip and wear-resistant. Some versions feature high temperature and acid‑alkali resistance, suitable for SMT material storage before and after reflow soldering.

3. Optional Extended Accessories：Mobile / Fixed System Equippable with universal brake casters for mobile turnover use; or fitted with adjustable leveling feet for uneven ground.

Auxiliary Accessories Can be installed with roller tracks to realize FIFO (First In First Out); Optional partition rails, material box positions, and anti‑static grounding devices to meet diverse material management needs.
