Transfer and Circulation Management of Tooling Jigs

The black grooves and slots on each layer are positioning seats tailor-made for corresponding jigs. They firmly fix the jigs to prevent collision and displacement during transportation. The trolley enables full-process circulation of jigs from cleaning and maintenance to storage and line-side workstation delivery, avoiding mixed placement and misuse.

Organized Transfer of Custom Parts and Semi-finished Products

It is also suitable for handling product housings, injection-molded parts, stamped parts and other components of specific specifications.
