This is a custom-designed aluminum profile FIFO gravity flow rack (also known as sliding rack or roller flow rack).
The gravity flow rack is specially designed for workshop line-side warehouses and temporary material storage. Its core function is to realize first-in, first-out (FIFO) unpowered material rotation by using gravity roller lanes.

Main Frame
Constructed of industrial aluminum profiles. Compared with traditional lean pipe racks, it features higher strength and better corrosion resistance. Meanwhile, it retains the advantages of modular assembly with adjustable layer height and layer quantity, suitable for storage bins and turnover boxes of various sizes.
Three-layer stepped layout
Adopts a top-down stepped structure. Each layer is equipped with an inclined roller flow lane. The restocking end (rear) is higher, and the picking end (front) is lower. Goods slide forward automatically by gravity. After the front items are picked, rear supplies automatically move forward to replenish the position.
Roller Lanes and Protection Design
Low-friction rollers are installed inside the lanes. The inclination angle can be adjusted according to material weight, commonly between 3° and 5°. Transparent or translucent side baffles are fitted to prevent materials from sliding off sideways and allow clear visibility of stock levels.
Safety and Compatibility
Anti-slip leveling feet are mounted at the bottom to ensure overall stability. Partition bars and front end stops can be added on request to support classified management of multi-SKU materials.
Based on the standard version, we further add transparent acrylic panels, which allow full visibility of material flow, while providing dustproof protection and an aesthetic appearance.
