Chrome Plated 3-Way Connector Model HJ-2D for Lean Pipe is one of the core fittings for building flexible frames in lean production systems.
Compatible Specification
Specially designed for outer diameter 28mm lean pipes, suitable for steel pipes, stainless steel pipes and steel-plastic composite pipes with wall thickness from 0.8mm to 2.0mm.
Material & Processing
Made of high-quality carbon steel with chrome-plated surface treatment for excellent rust resistance, wear resistance and smooth finish. Black electrophoresis finish is available upon request.
Connection Method
Fixed with M6 hex socket screws, welding-free and drilling-free. It is easy to assemble, disassemble and reusable.
Load Capacity
High-quality version supports single load capacity over 300kg, fully meeting construction demands of light and medium-duty frames.
Right Angle 3-Way Connection Design
It can fix three pieces of 28mm round pipes simultaneously, realizing 3D vertical and diagonal right-angle connection to form stable frame joint structures easily.
Split Clamping Structure
Adopts split buckle design. It tightly wraps pipes evenly after screw tightening with strong anti-slip performance, and no special tools are required for installation.
