Products Description
Stainless Steel Lean Tube – Corrosion-Resistant Modular System
Lean pipes, as a core material for flexible manufacturing and workstation construction, are widely used in workbenches, shelves, trolleys, assembly lines, and other scenarios. The mainstream market types are plastic-coated lean pipes (first generation / steel-plastic composite) and stainless steel lean pipes (second generation).
Material and Structural Differences:
Plastic-Coated Lean Pipes: Use high-quality welded steel pipes as the base material, with rust-proof inner walls and a thermoplastic-bonded plastic layer on the outer wall. Standard pipe diameter is 28mm, wall thickness 1.0–2.0mm. Corrosion resistance and appearance are achieved through the coating; it is a steel-plastic composite structure.
Stainless Steel Lean Pipes: Made entirely of 201/304 stainless steel in a single piece, without a composite layer. Corrosion resistance is achieved through an alloy passivation layer. It offers higher cleanliness and structural consistency, and is an all-metal homogeneous structure.
