What is a lean tube flow rack?
Also known as: first-in first-out shelf, sliding rail shelf, material turnover shelf, lean material shelf, electronic material shelf. Main body: 28mm lean tube (anti-static plastic coating / 201/304 stainless steel) + electrophoresis joint assembly frame. Additional installation at each layer: aluminum alloy flow strip / metal flow strip / anti-static flow strip (with roller sliding rail)
Principle: The shelf is tilted forward by 3°~5°, with material boxes/cartons placed on the flow strips. Materials are loaded at the rear and taken from the front, automatically sliding down, following the first-in, first-out (FIFO) principle.
