The dimension and weight of materials determine the size of each compartment. You also need to check if materials are placed in a regular pattern, such as sorting by model on different layers.

The load weight of each layer defines the overall load capacity of the cart, which guides the selection of main frame lean pipes and casters.

Besides, confirm the working scenarios: whether the cart runs on fixed routes or needs omnidirectional movement, as this decides the caster type. The width of passageways and elevator access will also affect the overall size of the cart.

Once the functions and dimensions are finalized, further customization is available. You may choose lean pipes in different colors. For humid environments, stainless steel pipes or aluminum alloy lean pipes are recommended. Alternative panel materials are also optional, including acrylic sheets and galvanized sheets besides PP hollow boards.
