90 Degree Outer Clamp Aluminum Alloy Lean Pipe Connector
This is a 90° right-angle aluminum alloy connector specially designed for the 3rd generation lean pipe (tube) system, also known as an outer-clamp L-type joint. It is one of the core connecting fittings for modular lean production construction.
Material & Process
The main body is made of ADC-12 aluminum alloy (high-pressure die-cast aluminum alloy); steel versions are also available for selected models. The surface is sandblasted and anodized for excellent rust resistance and wear resistance.
It adopts a split outer-clamp structure, which clamps and fixes the pipe from the outside without inserting into the pipe interior, leaving the pipe intact during installation.
Comes with built-in M6 / M8 hexagon socket locking screws. Once tightened, it firmly secures two standard 28 mm lean pipes.
Functional Features
Enables 90° right-angle connection of two lean pipes, ensuring stable and rigid structure without loosening.
Compatible with the 3rd generation 28mm T-slot aluminum lean pipe. Positioning ribs on the inner wall engage with the pipe grooves for superior torsion resistance.
No professional tools required for installation. Assembly and disassembly can be completed quickly with only a hex wrench, allowing on-site structural modification as needed.
