This is an outer-clamp cross connector specially designed for the 3rd-generation aluminum alloy lean pipe system. It is a core fitting for cross connection in modular lean production construction, also commonly known as a four-way cross joint.

Material & Craftsmanship

The main body is made of ADC-12 die-cast aluminum alloy with high industrial strength. The surface is sandblasted and anodized, featuring rust resistance, wear resistance, light weight and high structural strength.

It adopts a split outer-clamp structure that tightens and fixes the pipe from the outside, without inserting into the pipe interior. It keeps the pipe intact and fits perfectly 28mm outer diameter 3rd-generation slotted aluminum alloy lean pipes.

Equipped with two built-in M6 / M8 hexagon socket locking screws. When tightened, it firmly fixes two cross intersecting lean pipes at the same time. The positioning ribs on the inner wall engage with the pipe grooves for enhanced torsion resistance.

Core Functions

It realizes 90° vertical cross connection of two lean pipes, supporting both linear extension and vertical fixing, and improving the overall structural integrity and strength.

No professional tools are required for installation. It can be quickly assembled and disassembled only with a hex wrench, allowing flexible structural modification on demand to meet the flexible production requirements of lean manufacturing.
