Lean Pipe Aluminum End Cap Plug For 43mm Lean Tube

This outer-clamp pipe end cap is specially designed for 3rd-generation aluminum alloy lean pipe systems. Also known as pipe end plug, foot sleeve or end cover, it is a dedicated fitting for finishing pipe ends in lean pipe frame structures.

Material & Process

Made of ADC-12 die-cast aluminum alloy, the surface is sandblasted and anodized. It features rust resistance, wear resistance, high strength and light weight, compatible with 43mm outer diameter slotted 3rd-generation aluminum alloy lean pipe.

It adopts a split outer-clamp structure, locked and fixed to the pipe end with one hex socket screw. Installation requires no damage to the pipe and allows easy assembly and disassembly. Positioning ribs on the inner wall engage perfectly with the pipe grooves, ensuring firm fixation without loosening.

Protection

Seals off pipe ends to prevent scratches to personnel from sharp pipe openings, while blocking dust and debris from entering the pipe. It reduces the risk of internal corrosion and blockage.

Structural Stability

As an end support for the frame, it disperses pressure at the bottom of upright columns and improves the stability of workbenches, racks and other equipment. It also serves as a simple protective foot sleeve to reduce floor abrasion.

Aesthetic Enhancement

Covers rough cut pipe ends, delivering a neater and more orderly overall frame appearance.
